Best of Ireland South (Tour C) - 7 Days/6 Nights-Great sites and a great driver/guide!
Our "tour guide/driver" Michael made this trip - period. The scenary and locations chosen were also excellent. Michael's talk about his country and the various sites, history and people made it perfect. Two years ago we did a bus tour of Italy which was also great and this was better which I didn't think was going to happen. Great Itinerary - Thanks

est of Ireland South (Tour A) - 8 Days/7 Nights-Would do it again in a heartbeat.
Enjoyed every minute. Our tour guide, PJ Obrian, was great. He gave us lots of information as we toured to country side. Not one bad thing happened. I would do it again in a heart beat. I am not a horse person, so I could have skipped the Stud Farm. But everything else was great. We had a smaller group of people on our tour which was nice. The lodging was all good, food was good, We had plenty of time do our own things.

Taste of Scotland & Ireland - 10 Days/9 Nights-Felt like we saw and experienced it all!
The Driver/Guide was very informative as well as a world-class driver! The Hotels were excellent and when entrainment was included the shows were excellent.

Taste of Italy with Sorrento - 10 Days/9 Nights
Tour Director, Romina, was fabulous and made sure we hit all the highlights. Even during our free time, Romina organized walks and we were able to see sights we may not have found on our own. The pace was challenging but nothing I didn't expect.

Irish Odyssey - 12 Days/11 Nights-Wonderful Ireland trip.
Terrific hotels, diverse locations, wonderful food, an excellent group. On top of all that the weather was fantastic.

Taste of Britain & Ireland - 14 Days/13 Nights-Great Overview of England, Scotland, and Ireland.
We had an excellent trip- seeing parts of England, Scotland, and Ireland. Our tour guide was very knowledgable, friendly, funny and looked out for us! The drivers were great, too. Although this is not an in depth view of these countries, it gives a great overview and we feel we learned a great deal about the history and culture of the area.

Taste of Scotland & Ireland - 10 Days/9 Nights
We were able to take in some many areas of interest in Scotland and Ireland. Our Irish bus driver and tour guide, Billy, was phenomenal!! He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable, engaged, and happy. Thank you, Billy!

Jewels of Ireland - 13 Days/12 Nights- Ireland is a Jewel and this tour confirmed it
The Coach/Tour Guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable regarding information of different places we were touring. He was very caring of all of us on the tour and our possible needs or concerns.
The different stops were very well though out and the hotel and food accomodations were outstanding.

Irish Gold - 8 Days/7 Nights-Breathtaking scenery!!
Miriam’s guiding was great. The sites we visited were wonderful. The history and castles amazing. The natural scenery like the Cliffs of Moher and the catamaran on the Fjord and Ring of Kerry are breathtaking.

Irish Adventure - 8 Days/7 Nights- Fun and busy trip!
Everyone was very sweet, and our driver, Tony, was lovely. You don't hear too much from CIE once you pay, but after that, the communication on the tour and on the daily is constant. No complaints

We had a fantastic time. The trip was everything we dreamed it would be. I enjoyed that we had ample time to wander and shop as well as having wonderful guided tours with Heather and Sam.

Scottish Dream - 8 Days/7 Nights-A Dream Come True with our CIE Scotland Tour
From the moment we signed up for the Scottish Dream vacation with CIE Tours and received our tour backpacks filled with super useful items (maps, detailed schedules, raincoats, water bottles, power adapted...), we realized we were in for an extraordinary experience. This tour exceeded all our expectations, offering a perfect blend of breathtaking landscapes, rich history, and authentic Scottish culture.
The itinerary was impeccably planned, providing a comprehensive tour of Scotland's most iconic sites. From the bustling city of Edinburgh, with its historic castle and charming cobbled streets, to the serene beauty of the Highlands, every stop was a new adventure. The visit to the Isle of Skye was a particular highlight, where the beauty and mystique of the island added a touch of enchantment to the journey.
Our tour guide, Peter Scott, was a treasure trove of knowledge, sharing fascinating stories and historical insights that brought each location to life. His passion for Scotland was evident and infectious, making the experience all the more immersive - and his sense of humour kept the entire itinerary that much more entertaining. The balance of guided tours and free time allowed us to slow down and explore at our own pace, discovering added local favorites.
Even when faced with an unexpected change, CIE Tours did not disappoint! When the scotch distillery tour was cancelled, they swiftly arranged an alternative visit to the boutique of Iain Burnett, the Highland Chocolatier. This turned out to be a delightful and revelatory experience, offering a unique and delicious insight into the world of world-class gourmet chocolate. The craftsmanship and quality of Iain Burnett’s creations were truly impressive, and the tasting session was an indulgent highlight that added a sweet twist to our journey - all the more special as it fell on Mothers' Day!
Accommodations throughout the trip were top-notch, offering comfort and style in picturesque settings. Each hotel provided excellent service and amenities, ensuring we were well-rested and ready for each day's adventures. The meals were another highlight, featuring delicious Scottish cuisine that gave us a true taste of the local flavors.
CIE Tours fostered a friendly and inclusive atmosphere, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers and share in the joy of discovery. The small group size ensured a personalized experience, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and engage with our guide.

Irish Gold - 8 Days/7 Nights-Exceptional Tour Through Southern Ireland
The tour director and coach driver were exceptional. FIrst, the tour director: Marian Kelly exceeded expectations. She shared Irish history like she was an historian. She provided so much history dating back many centuries. She shared facts and figures but also perceptive insights. She is truly an excellent resource for CIE. Also, Tony did an incredible job of navigating roads in urban areas and the mountains. We felt very safe with his driving skills. Bravo to both of them!

Jewels of Ireland - 14 Days/13 Nights-Exceeded our expectations.
Great trip! We were able to see so much of Ireland in our 14 day tour! Denis our bus driver/tour guide was wonderful and went the extra mile to make sure we had a positive experience. The hotels were first rate and loved the fact all of our activities were included. Ireland is such a beautiful and welcoming country. Hope to return again.

Scottish Isles & Glens - 13 Days/12 Nights-Amazing Golden Anniversary trip
This was my wife and I's Golden Anniversary trip. We were excited to come and were not disappointed. The tour director (Graham) and driver (Gordon) were phenomenal. Because of Mount Stuart House was closed for the date of our scheduled visit we didn't go to the Isle of Bute, we went to Stirling Castle instead, then saw the Falkirk Wheel which was great to see. These were great substitutes that were some of the highlights. We loved Inverewe Gardens, Orkney Islands, Loch Ness with Cruise, and Sheepdog Demonstration, so many Castles and Cathedrals and so much more. By the end we were exhausted with smiles. We loved that everything was taken care of by CIE.

Irish Gold - 9 Days/8 Nights- A trip to remember
Marian was our tour director and Dan was our driver and they were both fantastic! We had such a personal & special experience. Marian made sure that we saw everything & more! She even made a special stop for one of our fellow passengers at the Choctaw Memorial which I thought was so nice. She made us all feel special with anything we were celebrating from birthdays to anniversaries. We loved how family-owned and small business centric this tour was, and how much we were supporting local businesses throughout the whole country. Also Marian was able to share some personal stories during our drives and truly gave us a memorable experience. Dan was an amazing driver through some tight spots, and he was a very kind and funny guy. We loved it all! It was hectic at times but worth it!
